Welcome to the Pukekohe Tramping Club. The club was formed in 1969 and two of the founding members, David Lawrie and Charlie Browne are still very active. Membership is around 70, with ages ranging from young families through to our elder statesman Roye Hammond who is now in his nineties and still going!

Tramps are held every weekend throughout the year. There is usually a day tramp on Sundays, with some being suitable for beginners, children or more senior folk, while others would only suit those with a high level of fitness. There are some Saturday and midweek tramps as well. Details are listed on the information page and our tramp schedule, including leader contacts can be found on the events page.

In addition to day tramps, weekend tramps and others spanning several days are held regularly. Other events may include related activities such as skiing, kayaking and caving for those who are interested.
