Cost Guide for Trips
A = up to $10 B = $10-20 C = $20-30 D = $30-45 E = $45-60
For transport, trips are usually run on a shared vehicle basis, with passengers contributing to cost based on an established formula. Payment is generally made to the driver on the day, so please bring along some small notes / change. Some trips will involve alternative transport, track / hut fees and accommodation.

Weekend trip costs are estimates only.

Leaders reserve the right to refuse any member participation in a tramp not considered suitable.

Midweek Tramps
It is intended that midweek tramps be held twice each month, on the fist Thursday and third Wednesday. These will be graded "easy" and even the start times will be pretty easy at 9:30am. Contact Betty McDonald 09 235 7079. Volunteers are also sought to assist with trip planning etc.

Kokako Program
The club actively participates in the Kokako Recovery Program. Regular trips to maintain predator bait stations are undertaken throughout the year, usually involving bait carrying and placement. You not only get to have a nice tramp but also do your bit to help with the recovery of this endangered bird.
